Who we are
Glowing Terms is a trading name of Matthew Stanley, a sole trader based in the UK. It’s a new service, started in 2026. There’s no call centre and no account manager: when you enquire, you deal with Matthew directly, from your first snapshot to every re-measure.
Because the service is new, there are no client case studies on this site yet. They’ll appear only once clients agree to share their before/after sheets.
What we do
More customers now ask an AI assistant for a shortlist of local firms before they pick up the phone. If your business isn’t named in that answer, there’s no lost click to count and no ranking report to check. Glowing Terms makes that gap visible, then works on it:
- Snapshot (free): we put realistic customer questions to ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, several times each, and show how often you’re named, who is named instead, and which public sources sit behind the answers.
- Fix pack (one-off): we correct the public information assistants rely on, such as your Google Business Profile, key directories, consistent business details, service pages and structured data, then re-measure the same way.
- Monitoring (monthly): your next fixes each month, plus a dated before/after sheet using the same questions and engines.

Who we work with
We work business-to-business with owner-run firms across the UK, entirely remotely by email. We don’t visit premises, so it doesn’t matter where in the UK you are.
- Private clinics: dental and physiotherapy practices. See our guides for dental clinics and physiotherapy clinics.

For clinics, our work covers online visibility and factual listing data only (hours, address, services offered, registrations held). We don’t write clinical content.
How we work
- Every count has a denominator. You see the questions, engines, dates and number of runs behind every result. Runs with no answer are listed separately, never dropped.
- Public information only. We never ask for or use your customers’ or patients’ personal data.
- No guarantees we can’t keep. Nobody can guarantee that an AI assistant will name, rank or recommend a business, and we don’t.
- Independent. We have no affiliation or partnership with OpenAI, Google or Microsoft.
- Honest reviews only. We don’t use fake reviews, incentivised reviews or review gating.
About the name
To speak of someone “in glowing terms” is to praise them warmly, which is what you’d like an AI assistant to do when a customer asks about you. Glowing Terms, the business, is the UK AI visibility audit service at glowingterms.co.uk, run by Matthew Stanley. We’re not connected with any other company that has a similar name.
